NR #1 thinks he is pretty smart and can slip stuff by us. He also says some things that make us laugh. Below are a couple examples:
He is potty trained except for night time, but recently, he has had a couple accidents at nap time. We told him today that if he kept his bed/clothes dry he could have M&M's. JR set the bar at 3 M&M's to which NR #1 replied, 4! Ok, the deal was made. It would be 4 if the bed and clothes remained dry for nap. NR #1 accomplishes the dryness and upon asking him how many M&M's he receives, the number magically increased to 5. LIKE WE FORGOT HOW MANY WE PROMISED!! :)
The night we were going to the hospital to have NR #2, NR #1 was acting up some before we took off. He was aggravating the dog and was 'kicking' her in her chest. (not hard, but just enough to annoy her) I got onto him: If you did not stop kicking her you are going to the naughty chair. Do you hear me?
To this he replied: No, I can't hear you. Speak up, Mommy!!!
The other day after getting home from the hosptial and having baby sista (as NR #1 calls her) NR #1 looks at me and says: Mommy, you have a baby belly. As if I did not already know this.....c'mon kid, give me a break. It has only been a week. LOL
I love this little boy! How much cuter can you get.......
